Louisiana Chilli Shack was established 2013 at London’s Camden Lock Market, bringing a taste of New Orleans fusion with gluten free, southern soul street food.

Sarah Kettel spent her early 20s in La Place, Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans. Upon returning to the UK she ditched her career as an accountant to cook full time for the paying pubic, serving up her original recipe, 100% gluten free New Orleans fusion food at street food markets in London, and various festivals in the UK.
